Gang Stalkers use a dictionary of keyword and associated phrases to communicate with their victims. The phrases are typically sent using directed sound over the air mixed within noise. In some cases these are used directly by people talking victims. This lists common phrases and keywords, for each victim there would be a significant number of additions and changes to these.
