It has been reported that people in Havana experienced high volume sounds which from at least one report are known to be at 7kHz frequency. This is one of the main frequencies used by gangtalkers for electronic harassment. However most health issues are and pain attacks are related to low frequencies < 500hz which either have not been noticed during Havana or were not present during that attack.
