While the majority of the website is about Gangtalking, this section provides information and materials about Havana Syndrome, which refers to health issues experiences by US government and Canadian officials and their families in Havana Cuba in 2016. Incident with US diplomats in China in 2018 and other cases where people reported similar issues are considered part of Havana Syndrome too. It is generally agreed that US diplomats in Cuba experienced an attach by Direct Energy Weapons, exact nature of which is still a matter of investigation. Many of the health issues are similar to what targeted individuals report due to gangstalking. However unlike gangstalking the government is investigating Havana Syndrome and there have been more reports and news about it worldwide.

It has been reported that people in Havana experienced high volume sounds which from at least one report are known to be at 7kHz frequency. This is one of the main frequencies used by gangtalkers for electronic harassment. However most health issues are and pain attacks are related to low frequencies < 500hz which either have not been noticed during Havana or were not present during that attack. While some think energy weapons used were of electromagnetic source (microwaves) it is a lot more likely that these were Acoustic Weapons and people under-estimate the nature of issues that can be caused by sound. Involvement of gangstalkers or their technology is an open issue.
