Acoustic Weapons and Technologies used by Gangstalkers for Electronic Harassment and Muscle Control (Summary)

1. Introduction
The author of this document became a victim of gang stalkers in 2024 and in the process learned about their methods and technology which is described in this document. Gangstalkers are an organized network of gangs around the world that harass and target people in many places using electronic harassment and techniques akin to psychological torture. They stress people to the limit to break them so they would fear them and do what they want. They use technologies based on sound to harass, to monitor communications and thoughts, and to cause pain.
The author of this document has a Ph.D with several other degrees in physical and social sciences, and worked for 20 years as an independent software developer. The targeting started after a criminal group invaded the apartment building at the end of 2023 replacing some of the residents. The apartment below became their local headquarters. All other residents fled by May 2024. People who replaced them used their names and cars left behind. The gang is part of a worldwide network of gangs, which the author verified traveling to multiple countries in Europe and being followed everywhere. They are NOT the government as some believe they use false identities and tell lies about who they are. They are bullies and crooks who harass people to get what they want and damage their lives, do other crimes (break into homes, minor theft, assault) and use acoustic weapons against people to damage their physical and psychological health.
Gangstalkers use technology based on sound.
They do electronic harassment people hear in the ears, use mainly directional sound, and continuously target some muscles spot with sonic beams. They must be close to a person to activate the muscles which are thereafter used to monitor person's location and cause pain and other health issues. They use tensor tympani muscles in the ear to monitor what people hear and laryngeal muscles in the neck to access vocal cords, monitor internally spoken thoughts, and send short phrases they hope to be repeated internally.
They use sound to harass targets everywhere while trying to hide who is doing it and how. They use mainly directed sound with various tricks and illusions and can make it appear other people in stores and public places are talking about you (using harmonics with missing fundamental and other tricks), a real perpetrator would hide nearby with their phone. What some think are sounds in their heads comes through the ears or throat (laryngeal muscles). The core of their technology involved targeting and muscles. From a close range using devices similar to sonicators (hand-held sonic “lasers”) they target a small area of a muscle to create a standing wave and continue to target it continuously after. Sonicators can be used to cause pain, larger versions of these, known also as sonic homogenizers, are used as medical instruments and in some labs to break down tissue using cavitation. Activated muscle spots (1-2 mm diameter) vibrate at a resonance frequency and can be targeted by a sound beam for a long time. These are used to monitor a person’s location and their movements (even through the walls), to cause pain, muscle twitching, muscle spasms and muscle contraction - all using outside sonic beams.

2. Electronic Harassment. Monitoring of all Communications. Synthetic Telepathy.
What people hear as part of their electronic harassment mainly comes through the ears and can be blocked using tight headsets and white noise. A target may hear near silent voice(s) meant to be mis-inrerpreted as thoughts, but really coming from other people nearby. A second “hidden” channel is an automated stream that constantly runs phrases meant to be used for harassment and which a target may hear in someone else’s talk or more load inside the head. This channel would either have different base frequency and/or may involve directed sound targeting the ear(s) using outer ear auricularis muscles - tiny vibrations above or on the side of the ear would reveal this. Tightly squeezing the headset may reveal a high 7-8kHz voice, other frequencies noticed using sound measuring applications include 12-16kHz and 20-25kHz. These are meant to be interpreted by the brain as a 2nd and/or 3rd harmonic with missing fundamental 1-3kHz coming from overheard speech of other people, heard instead as words from that channel.

The second channel is meant to stay hidden but is revealed when listening to white noise. White is a random sample of sounds of different frequencies and volume from the entire audible range (20hz-20kHz). It can be generated with many applications or downloaded from https://audio.com/white_noise/collections/white-noise-collection It acts as a jammer for most outside sound, but also reveals sound sources sent as higher harmonics by providing enough random samples of fundamental frequencies in 1-3kHz range for the brain to make these audible. White noise is best used with good noise-reducing headphones, which on their own can block much of outside sounds. If headphones are not tight enough the sounds may mainly be from outside or a combination if 2nd channel is sent by directed sound to auricularis muscles. This may be ok, but if you want only the 2nd channel, then make a tight head wrap around it and the head from cloth or other material. Listening to white noise may result in hearing the channel 24/7, but it is better than hearing telepathic voices as if they are thoughts or various other harassment from outside. The amplification of the channel coming through white noise can be reduced with ear plugs and by adjusting mp3 volume.
With the 2nd channel and white noise, you’d get access to several automated messages (sometimes they go to the first channel or both) including “it’s not working” if any beam is interrupted, and “we lost control” if interruption continues further. Placing a hand over any vibrating spot or using a shield made of HDPE could result in such messages, and after 2-5 minutes the spot would not have a sound beam hitting it constantly any more; however if it is important they would increase beam power to get through a single shield.
Several sound beams target back of the head and the neck and are used for telepathy. The system is based on that vocal cords move during inner monologue and relies on a person regularly exercising their inner speech, otherwise the telepathic link could break.
Sound beams constantly targeting a muscle are like a standing wave and allow for a 2-way transmission. This is used to monitor the person’s communications and even internally spoken thoughts known as internal monologue. Beam to the back of the head targets Splenius Capitis or another muscle that goes from the back of the head to the shoulder along the throat and vocal cords. Tiny vibrations at the back of the head and the neck would reveal it (in a rare case the beam hits the front of the head). People have noticed this but mis-understood it as v2k. This is a primary synthetic telepathy stream, it transmits almost silent sounds from the first channel to vocal cords and transmits back vocal cord sounds. Parts of the larynx (vocal cord muscles) may also be targeted to make it move along with telepathic transmission. Several other laryngeal muscles such as omohyoid may act as buffers and can both transmit words to the larynx and record words if a person continues the phrase. The system is based on that vocal cords move during inner monologue and relies on a person regularly exercising their inner speech. The system can break when a person does not talk internally and/or is able to exercise full control of their vocal cords and larynx and stop its minor movements during telepathic communication. To avoid it they encourage talking and attempt to make sure people internally repeat words which are then heard as if they are thoughts. Further when talking internally a phrase is repeated in the background which helps to make sure larynx movements during inner monologue are more noticeable. Scientists know that vocal cords can move during inner monologue, but achieved reading of thoughts by monitoring neural activity in the parts of the brain responsible for speech.
By directly exercising the larynx and attempting to stop its movements at the bottom a person can make sure the word or phrase is not continued and internally perceived as thoughts, which eventually breaks the telepathy. Not paying attention to their harassment and telepathic voices may do the same too. If this begins to happen they would attempt to send a voice stream to the lower part of the larynx using another muscle behind it, this stream carries the automated harassment from the 2nd channel which can then be heard in the throat. Normally recorded inner monologue speech is sent to the 2nd channel which may or may not be automatic (it appears they hear more than what is sent there). Directly exercising the larynx would result in “we lost control” and “what’s happening” automate messages on the 2nd channel. If a phrase or word they wanted to be repeated does not happen this results in “<phrase> is not working” (i.e. “you are … is not working”, “we think … is not working”) message on the 2nd channel and later leads to “we lost control” and “what’s happening” as it gets closer to disconnection.
Another set of sound beams monitors what targeted individuals hear in their ears. It targets tensor tympani muscles in the middle ear. These muscles can close the inner ear depending on the volume of sounds. Half of the people can directly use them and silence sounds they hear in either ear. If you can do it, you can silence their voice communication and harassment phrases momentarily, however the “thoughts” transmission may still be heard unless the larynx was previously exercised to stop repeating the phrases. If you close your ear with this muscle it interrupts the audio monitoring and results in “its not working” and “we lost control” messages.
3. Pain and Other Body and Health Issues.
With close access to a person (such as an apartment next to them) the gang can activate a large number of muscles as potential targets for pain and other issues. While typically this is done when a person is asleep, they may do it while a person is awake including even outside if a gang member is close. In many cases this feels like a needle penetrating a skin somewhere, the target is a muscle below the skin which then starts to be vibrated with a sound beam. Activated spots with active beams targeting them are known as “controls”. These spots can be noticed on a body as minor pulsating (vibrating) spots on the skin. Such active spots can be used to have the muscle twitch a little which may have a momentary pain associated with it. Increased vibrations would result in a pan felt at the spot. Exercising the muscle interrupts the beam, decreases vibrations, and makes this pain go away. The beam can also be interrupted with a hand, water bottle, cutting board made from HDPE plastic, thick piece of metal or glass, and other sound absorbing or blocking materials. For spots and beams meant to cause pain the gangs primarily use low audible frequencies (20hz - 1khz) and infrasound (5hz - 20hz) which penetrate further and are more difficult to block. Ultrasound (>20kHz) may be used in addition to low frequencies too.
Sonic “zap” guns are phones and pads used by gang members to target previously activated spots and cause pain no matter if there is an active beam hitting it or it was previously active and still vibrates a little to be a target. These hits are felt as either zaps or heat burns and can cause muscle spasm which lasts 10-30 minutes and has some pain associated with it. Trying to exercise the muscle could get rid of the pain faster. Another common use is to specifically cause pain to the spot that has an active beam, stronger pain is felt due to under-skin burning of vibrated soar tissue and is similar to cavitation. Similar burning is also done for the entire foot which has many pain spots from needle-like hits to each small muscle. Best protection for this is polyurethane foam, which can be put in the shoes (get larger size wider pair) and worn under cloth - tightly squeezed 2” sound-proof foam sheets work well and are very inexpensive.
Wider beams are also used to create pain spots. When these beams start it feels like minor hits at a specific spot about cm diameter. These “wider” beams are actually made up of many tiny beams in a lattice. Once the tissue has been vibrated it would be sore and more substantial pain can be felt in the larger area such as the front of the shoulder or the back. Pain can be caused there with non-directional or omni-directional sound from less powerful hand-held devices (same as with a foot). Cutting boards made from HDPE can be used as shields, but to fully block pain more than 1” HDPE panel is needed. Exercising and massaging the area may also help.
Various other issues are also caused by sonic beams and activated mussels in different areas:
They can make muscles contract making it appear that they can control the victim's movements. This may feel as if someone is trying to pull you to the left or right side. But they can not actually control the movements and make muscles move a person in any direction, a person still exercises control over all their muscles and movements and they are hoping they’d follow where they are being pulled to. Ignore these attempts and go where you want. They may not repeat it once they know a person knows they don’t really have body movement control.
For males they can make a person want to pee by targeting penis with a sonic beam. Typically this can be resisted. You can feel the beam as a stream of air with a hand and block it in front. Body armor has parts for the groin area and if it is made from Dyneema would protect similar to HDPE shield. But it may be easier to go to the bathroom regularly and make sure you’re empty.
They can make a person want to go to the bathroom to shit. People have mistaken it as due to food positing which it is not. There are two mechanisms to do it with sound. One involves using low-frequency sounds or infrasound which have the effect on vestibular apparatus in the ear causing nausea and stomach issues. Second and most common mechanism used by gangs is a beam directed at anus area while you sit, stand, or walk. When you walk their attempts to cause it are less effective. Putting a board made from ½” HDPE under your seat would help alleviate the feeling. Later you may notice a gas build-up as a result of sonic beam heating your anus. Small amount of shit may come with gases, and putting paper in the underwear may be a good idea. Note that one of the reasons gangs do it is to get you to a well known bathroom spot in your home so they could work on other activated mussels or potentially activate new ones.
They can create problems with eye focus while reading or working on a computer. This is done by targeting orbital muscles above and below the eyelid and making the eyelid twitch to the side a little. Further they may be able to target rectus muscles inside the eye which are responsible for eye movements, this can cause more substantial loss of focus with a twitch. In addition to loss of focus light spots may appear and disappear in the eye and there could be other issues. The way to deal with this is to hold a hand over the eye for 5-20 minutes which should disrupt these beams and result in loss of control spots on these muscles.
They can make it appear that there is an interruption in someone else’s speech. The interruption is with hearing audio in your ear which is done by contraction of tensor tympani muscle in the ear. This sound interruption is typically combined with twitching of muscles in the neck. This is a minor issue and you can still hear almost all of what the other person says and should ignore this. If this is done often and you can flex tensor tympani muscles on your own, do it regularly.
Shivering and whole body vibrations are a result of twitching at several places. These may include activated muscle spots on shoulders, on the buttocks, or the neck and other areas. Twitching is minor at any spot from one-side to the other but together can make the whole body unstable and shiver. You’d have to find the spots where these twitches are coming from and deal with these separately by using HDPE shields to disrupt the sound waves.
There are various health issues associated with low frequency sounds and infrasound and their effects on vestibular apparatus in the ear. In addition to feelings of nausea, these include stomach pain, balance problems and potentially coughing fits, brain fog and heart palpitations. Some of these may also be the result of multi-spot twitching described in the prior paragraph. Noise-reducing tight headphones and ear plugs would help to deal with issues due to sounds coming to the ears and affecting vestibular apparatus.
There are some noises sent directly to auricularis muscles. These may be sirens, alarm sounds, door slamming, dog barking, garbage trucks loading, and other sounds. They first would try to find what is most annoying using real sounds and then set so the noise is repeated regularly but nothing is there. You can verify that the mussels in the outer ear are used for these by placing a finger behind your ear and checking for larger vibration when the sound comes in. If it is true, hold the finger there for 5-20 minutes to interrupt the beam and the spot.
Other health issues associated with them include bone aches and itchiness of skin. Check for minor vibrating spots in the area where it itches. Pain in joints and other spots may seem to be bones ache but is usually from muscles. Over-exposure to sound waves may also cause these. Baby skin cream and over the counter medicine for bone aches may help with these issues.
4. Sleep Deprivation. Dream Communications. Sedation.
They interfere with sleep patterns in several ways which includes both trying to prevent sleep and trying to put a person into sleep (sedation). Sleep deprivation is a common interrigation and minor torture method that keeps a person stressed to disrupts them psychologically. Preventing sleep is mainly done by using loud sounds when a person starts to feel sleepy (which they can potentially monitor as part of sounds and thoughts and/or eyelid muscles). They also use muscle twitching and minor pain to try to keep someone from falling asleep or try to awaken them. Dealing with this requires trying not to pay attention to these activities. Eventually you’d go to sleep when the body needs it even with their disruptions. Some of the issues can be dealt with such as loud sounds with noise-cancelling headphones that play white noise (which helps with sleep). Taking melatonin or other sleeping pills can also help. If you awake at night, start counting. If your mind wanders away, start at 1 again. Don't pick up the phone, don’t look at the clock, don’t do anything interesting - you want to bore yourself to sleep. More generally what is important is trying to be less stressed, good diet and exercise, keeping up self-confidence and not allowing yourself to think negatively about yourself and your future.
Gangs may attempt to influence your dreams. This is done by using telepathy with outside audio being sent to vocal cords in an attempt to make it appear the voice(s) are internal. Sound and voices in the dreams are related to inner monologue and what you hear may then come from outside and be heard while you are dreaming. This may also allow the brain to show certain objects in the dream or make dreams about them, for example saying “spider” may result in a dream with spiders. This is related to subliminal messaging and phenomena people knew about for a long time that occasionally works. Their system has a better chance of working because there are common neurons in the brain which do processing for outside audio, inner monologue, and in-dream sounds. This is not at all guaranteed to work, but they can sometimes achieve it and may use it to cause a bad dream as part of their harassment, and to show their powers.
Perhaps the most problematic is “sedation” which refers to putting a person into sleep using drugs. The resulting sleep can last from a few minutes to an hour and a person may still be partially awake. When they first gain access to a person they likely implant micro-drops into some muscles (neck, feet and others which would differ person to person). Some of these dissolve later resulting in regular vivid daydreams, others stay allowing to sedate a person with sound beams directed at specific spots. When the beam hits, they also send a word heard as an inner monologue that directs what a person may see. After that a mini dream results in which they can participate and provide voices that a person hears in the dream. This appears to have a more likely chance of working than a regular dream allowing a directed dreams environment. Sedation may also be used if you stop using inner monologue and/or repeating of the phrases and telepathy begins to fail, these “dreams” add inner speech and keep it working a little longer.
5. Stocking on Foot and in Cars. Sound Protecting Materials and SoundProofing.
Initial targeting may start as sound harassment, directed sound plays outside, libel, and other methods. Once a gang is close enough to a person to use sonicators (quite often due to being apartment neighbors) and can activate their muscles, they become 24/7 stocked and monitored. They would continue to stock an actuated target on foot and in cars even if they move. They need to be able to be around them in most or all directions for sound beams to work and for telepathy and communication monitoring to work. Some areas make it difficult and those who move to low populated areas such as desert or woods (which may have no place for a car to park and shoot from most sides) may find that are no longer regular active targets.
Most hand-held devices are not as powerful but some cars have more powerful sound projectors. The distance from which they can shoot is unclear but may be as high as ½ mile in the open air and no barriers. In close range they can penetrate 1 meter thick cement walls and shoot through several brick or wooden buildings, but they do have limits and thick building walls and metal (such as in the elevator shaft) is not something they can easily get through. Due to this gangstalkers try to get people on foot and be near them in shopping malls and other public places. People on foot use devices that look like cell phones and pads, but likely have many tiny directional sound transducers on all sides and auto-targeting capabilities that allow them to continue targeting activated muscle spots and keep a person in a sound field as they move. All devices are inter-networked to work together. It appears that some of their people use telepathy as well, both to communicate among each other, and with a targeted person whose thoughts and communications they monitor, and who they may try to harass at all times. You can find gang members and cars that have directed sound beams pointing to you by putting a hand out in front and trying to feel if there is an air flow coming to a specific hand spot from them. You may further consider wearing smart glasses with a camera to film gang members and cars.
Methods to deal with gangstalkers include psychological, medical (biological), and physical. Not losing hope and allowing gaslighting and other techniques they use to get you is the most important. If you can put gangstalkers out of your mind and not use internal monologue you may break synthetic telepathic link on your own and not be of much interest to them after. Since their system relies on access to muscles in the neck, ear and other places, it may be possible to disrupt it by medical means - consult the doctors. Physical methods are based on blocking sound and the following protection techniques are primarily about that.
If you can put gangstalkers out of your mind and not use internal monologue you may break synthetic telepathic link on your own and/or not be of much interest to them.
Sound beams and waves can be interrupted and protected against by sound absorbing and blocking (sound proofing) materials. Sound-proofing materials are plastics and other synthetics, metals, glass, and concrete. Rigid synthetics (fiberglass, mineral wool, polyurethane) are the most popular and cost-effective for sound-proofing. HDPE, acrylic, polyester plastics also absorb and reflect the sound well. HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) is the best against gang’s low frequency sound beams, concrete is also good, while synthetics are not as good to protect against low frequencies. 2” fiberglass panels or ¼” HDPE is enough to reveal sound streams as vibrations. However 10“ - 12” of rigid materials AND 2” or more of HDPE are needed to protect against gangs’ acoustic weapons and interrupt all beams. Half of that may be enough to stop the pain. Higher density fiberglass or mineral wool (6# per sq ft) with 2-4” thickness are best. Layers of materials with different properties can be used and separated by air gaps for better protection. Concrete blocks can be used for air gaps as porous concrete with >20% air gaps can block infrasound well. Best reflectors are concrete, glass and heavy metal, water also reflects the sound well. These can be used as barriers outside or part of a sound-proof design inside. 2” thick steel may block all sounds but is quite expensive.

To build a sound-proof room it is recommended to choose an area of the house with cement walls all around, preferably partially or fully underground basement which by itself would make it hard for gangs to shoot beams to. Full sound-proofing is quite expensive - about $25 per sq ft for 12” thick mineral wool or fiberglass panels (typically sold as 4 panels 2” thick 24”x48”) and $40 per sq ft for 2” HDPE (two 1” thick 24”x48” panels). Sound-proof walls should consist of 2-4 sections with porous concrete or 2” air gap between. Polyurethane foam can replace mineral wood or fiberglass in one of the sections. In the basement the floor need not be as thick and can have 2-4” fiberglass or polyurethane and ½” HDPE. Outside of the house concrete walls can be built as additional sound-proof barriers, the thicker the better.

HDPE can be used as shields against sound beams. Easily available are cutting boards which are often made from HDPE, though most are not thick, 2-4 can to be used together for a ¼” - ½” shield. You can also buy small boards made from HDPE in many places, including:
Water bottles can also be used as shields as water reflects most sound. Taking a bath would give some comfort and offer partial protection against the gang’s sonic weapons, relieving some of the pain. Bathtubs can also reveal the presence of sound beams and you may see a wave emanating from a specific spot on a side. If you regularly listen to white-noise, consider getting a water resistant bluetooth mp3 player speaker for when you’re taking a bath. Due to being filled with liquid cold packs can also offer some wearable protection for pain spots gangs target most. Polyurethane is inexpensive rigid plastic with average-good sound-proofing qualities for mos frequencies. Memory foam mattresses made from polyurethane are widely available and can provide some protection against attempts to cause pain when you sleep. Polyurethane foam can help prevent pain if placed tightly over the body in places they try to activate pain in. It can be wrapped around feet and placed under cloth, neck and back of the head pillow can be made to protect these areas. Polyester is regularly used in shoes, a good option is neurotrophic xxx-wide larger size with space to add polyurethane foam, rubber absorbs sound too and is good for the shoe bottom. Best clothing materials are cotton-acrylic blend, cotton, polyester, velour, polyurethane, kevlar as they can absorb some sound and thick clothing made of these may partially protect against sonic guns. Armored vests made from Dyneema (a form of UHDPE) offers most wear protection but does cover areas they target most with sonic guns.
6. Conclusion
This document is a summary of the sound based technologies used by the gangstalkers and protection methods against these. A larger research paper is being written about gangstalking.
