 Gangstalking is a global criminal phenomena where advanced mainly sound-based bio technology is used to overtly harass victims. Using electronic harassment and direct energy weapons they attempt to intimidate and disrupt lives of their targets, causing them psychological and physical pain. Their goal is financial gain, and control over those they are able to intimidate. Covert nature of their tactics makes it difficult for victims to find who is after them and to gather evidence that can convince law enforcement to intervene..
