Infasound was mentioned in 1992 by Julianna McKinney as a potential base technology, and a likely cause for nausea and some of the other health symptoms people reported. As mentioned she reported that in early 1990s gangs hid equipment in “upright pianos” and labeled devices as “stereo equipment”. Her report did not rule radio and electromagnetic waves as technology and people focused on that due to widespread use of radio waves. This helped gangs to stay hidden, and they may have further misled victims into believing satellites, cell towers and other radio emitters are used against them, potentially by the government.

In the two reddit posts above people experienced low frequency vibrations from upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Their experiences included whole-body vibrations, heart palpitations, brain fog (due to acoustic weapons use in general and multiple spots on the body being targeted and vibrated)., electric-like shocks (sonicator like sonic gun being used to activate a spot on a muscle or to cause injury to it) , muscle and bone aches, itchiness, muscle and limb twitching (targeting of specific muscles),, coughing fits, stomach pain and nausea, balance problems (due to infrasound and low frequency sounds that affect vestibular receptors in the inner ear), and other internal organ issues Electronic harassment was also experienced and in one case dealt with by using brown noise which like white noise can act as a blocker and makes some of the methods less effective. The people thought they had evil neighbors intend to drive them out, but did not connect these to gangstalking because their encounters with them were apparently not long-term.

The Phenomenology of Group Stalking Research Paper (https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/17/7/2506 mentioned before contains quotes from victims of gangstalking. The paper separated stories into quotes that were categorized. 94% of stories have reports of being followed by people in cars and on foot sometimes using disguise, Harassment and physical interference such as cars being forced off the road, foot route blocked, or people intentionally bumping are in 66% of stories. Noise reports such as door slamming and other noise from neighbors, same sound repeated from outside, pebbles being thrown, etc. are in 44% of stories. “Mind control” was reported in 40% of stories (some are below). Electronic hacking such as cell phone hacking was reported by 38% (some are below). Physical ailments reports are in 36% of stories (some are below). Slander campaign is reported in 34% of stories and consists of lies being told to others in the community about the target. Vandalism of personal property such as cars is reported by 32%. Voice to Skull is reported by 26% (some are below). Physical attacks are reported by 22% but these largely relate to sonic guns and included in physical ailments. 80% believe this is a global conspiracy and many blame the government due to high technology used. I disagree, the reports in other categories are consistent with gang tactic and criminal mischief, and the gangs purposely mislead so victims think it is the government. Their technology is sophisticated, but again people are being fooled that it is more than it is. In the stores 32% believe police are involved because their stories are not believed (there may also be real incidents; gangs are also known for using disguise), 26% believe neighbors are involved, 20% believe some medical professional are involved, 24% believe family or friends are involved, while 26% report that family or friends started being followed and experienced gang stacked after. The quotes that relate to the use of sound technologies by the gangs are below:

- 1. Physical ailments. These are due to use of sonic guns on head, foot, and other body areas:

At one time, I could barely leave my house because of the 'melting' feeling in my head. They constantly play with my heart as if it is a bean bag and it has also been subjected to their very joyful shock treatment”

- 2. Surveillance, listening to phone conversations, hacking. These are result of gangs monitoring what victims hear themselves (and not their cell phones) and their internally spoken thoughts:

• “My ex-husband's and my cell phones were cloned.”,
• “before I got my email to confirm, they had already changed my password. They are That Quick”
• “The residence I live in was electronically bugged or I was put under audio and visual surveillance”

plans so that they can arrange people at strategic locations to demonstrate street theater in”, (Note: they are monitoring her voice communication and thus are always nearby. Street theater only needs 1-2 people who would make it appear that others are talking about them)

- 3. “Voice to Skull” (v2k), “Mind Control”. (Their technology is typically understood by people as being v2k-like. The actual technology uses direct sound to the ears and muscles around vocal cords to monitor internally spoken thoughts. The repeated phrases people hear come from direct sound and at the same time sent through vocal cords to make it appear they are like internal thoughts - this is what most think is v2k and their communication as these are more loud inside the head.)

• “The electronic harassment and everything else comes from your neighbors.”
• “They automate the V2K. It is repetitive and constant. It is comprised entirely of insults and instructions to “Go”, “Get out”, “You better get

out of here”, “Dead”, “You're in trouble” and “Out”. Over and over and over.”

- 4. “Cyborg” (muscle manipulation) and implants. (Some think implants are used to receive voice transmission, others for muscle control. Neither is true. Their technology involves limited sound-based remote control of muscles using activated spots that would have constant sound beams and vibrations.

Gangs use methods of Dark Psychology and their strategy is to break people and make them psychologically unstable and fearful of them. They put a lot of stress on people, try hard to make them fear them, and manipulate their environment and senses. Don't let any of these get to you. They lie and attempt to deceive all the time, use coercion, gaslighting, backstabbing (if they gain trust), guilt-tripping, use victims\' fears against them, and in the end exploit them for financial and material gain if it becomes possible. Voice(s) heard inside the head or outside can be random, mimic those of family members, or well known people - all of this is just manipulation.

Gaslighting is one of their main techniques. As explained in the above site, “Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse that involves manipulating someone into questioning their own reality, thoughts, and feelings. The goal is to make the victim question their own instincts and sanity”. To achieve this they do “street theater” plays and manipulate what victims hear and their environment. Voice(s) in the head make victims further question their reality and sanity. If people start to believe these voice(s), they will hear lies and may start to believe the government, masons, or another “powerful” entity with advanced technology is involved. The false believes can become rather sophisticated and based on person's own prejudice, and fears:

\`Illusions and false sensory experiences are used to make a dramatic “out of the world” experience. At higher “levels” there is higher activation of neurons, sounds are very vivid and the world may seem different. This is similar to when a person is drugged, and gangs may do this for real as I know they use the word “sedation” to describe when a person is put through it. The world could appear unreal in some ways. For example traffic may appear to move slower and faster, which is due to several gang cars moving slower to keep track of a pedestrian and to slow street traffic. With very vivid sounds of engines this becomes surreal. Purposeful illusions using largely sound perception and plays are used in many ways. Hearing voices in the head during that time can make it further unreal and out of the world experience. Psychologists would think these are hallucinations, but the stories victims have are real and are part of gangs plays.

Conversations may be used to find as much as possible about victims, their lives, family, and friends and their weak points. All would be used against them with deception and lies, threats to them and those they care about, coercion and other techniques of black psychology. Victims would be put under high stress and psychological torture in an attempt to break them mentally. Gangs would attempt to make it appear everything is set against the victims in the world, and to separate them from family and friends who likely would not believe their stories. Slander could be used and lies told to other people. There could be attempts to drive a wedge between victims and their associates, friends and family using false sensory data (what victims hear which is not so) and further elicit negative feelings (though voice in the head or other means) towards those close to the victims. Some victims report bein coerced to commit suicide or homicide.

There are several goals that gangs have. One is to make sure victims are not believed by authorities, family, and friends, and that they would be seen as having mental problems (which is the current official position of psychologists regarding gang-stacking). If people go to police and find no help, they could be exploited financially and their financial resources or property used by someone and yet nobody would believe it. They try to put stress on victims to such a degree as to break them, including using pain and psychological torture, to get them to do what the gang wants. For those who do not it may become a mental and physical torture that lasts many years. Some can not take it any more and commit suicide or homicide.

There have been several mass murders linked to victims of gang stacking. In some cases it was against neighbors, in others due to desperation and to bring attention to their plight:

1\. In September 2013, Aaron Alexis killed 12 and injured 3 at the Washington DC Navy Yard:

He was a Navy veteran working as a contractor. He was targeted for several months and filed a police report that he was under surveillance in a prior month. He suffered from insomnia and thought someone was below his bed in a hotel (most likely so, gangs prefer to be below to burn under-skin during sleep and to maintain telepathy connection). He etched “end to the torment” and “better off this way” on a shotgun. The director of PACTS (People Against Covert Torture & Surveillance International), a TI support group, exchanged emails with him as well.

2\. In 2014 Myron May shot 3 at the Florida State University (FSU) before being killed by police:

His personal papers included a document “My Experiences as a Targeted Individual” where he wrote about harassment he suffered, a ten car surveillance team, failure of police to take his report, forced eviction, co-opting of an old friend to participate in the harassment, and other issues. Shoting at FSU may have been a suicide after finding no way to stop the stocking and harassment, and to bringing attention to his case.

3\. In July 2016, Gavin Eugene Long was killed by police after targeting 6 and killing 4 officers:

The attack was considered related to black nationalism and anti-police sentiment of 2016. However his facebook and blog indicate that he identified as a TI and interacted with PACTS. He thought he was stocked and considered police responsible for the harassment. He left a suicide note where he railed against corrupt police officers targeting of Black Americans.

4\. In August 2022, Steven Marlow killed 4 of his neighbors in Butler Township, Ohio. He was arrested by police in Kansas a day later:

In the video he uploaded a few hours before the shooting he talked about \“mind control\” and telepathy. He considered his neighbors involved and culpable in mental torture he experienced. He indicated that he wanted to \“help other targeted individuals” by his action. As of 2024 the trial has not taken place. He is held in a mental clinic, where psychiatrists attempted to treat him with drugs. He says he is still hearing voices, which means gang's projectors are somewhere nearby.

5\. Fuaed Abdo Ahmed held bank customers hostage in St. Joseph, Louisiana in 2013 and was killed by police after shooting at them. He demanded authorities remove a listening chip from his head. He left no notes related to being targeted and it is not clear if that was the case.
