Currently available is a publication on sound-based technologies used by gangs that allow them to do electronic harassment, monitoring of victims communication and thoughts, and to cause pain and other health issues. The technology is entirely based on sound waves and uses human muscles for to do monitoring of persons location, communication and internally spoken thoughts, and to cause pain and variety of other issues. The electronic harassment largely coming through the ears and uses tricks such as missing fundamental to make it appear that various people all around are talking about targeted person. Gangstalkers follow their targets all around but would attempt to hide who they are and appear to have no direct contact with them despite severe harm they cause.
