===== Sound Protection and Sound Proofing ===== This is page is to be dedicated to sound protection materials and sound proofing against potential use of acoustic (sonic) weapons without it being specific to only gang stalkers. For protection methods against Gangstalkers which requires both sound and EMF protection see [[ti-resources:shielding|Shielding - Sound and Microwave (EMF) Protection ]]. Gagstalkers use mainly sound based technologies for electronic harassment and sounds sent to the ears and combined sound based and microwave (EMF) based technologies for muscle control and causing pain and other health issues. For main page listing combined methods of sound and microwave protection see [[ti-resources:shielding|Shielding - Sound and Microwave (EMF) Protection ]]. ==== Sound Protection Materials ==== Sound proofing of home environment goals can be to: - Block more general sounds coming to the ears helping to deal with electronic harassment, If this is fully achieved then telepathic mind reading mechanism would ultimately fail. The materials needed for this are rigid synthetic panels - Mineral Wool and Fiberglass and optionally Polyurethane foam panels. 8" or more of materials on all sides are required (12" is recommended) with at least 1/2 being denser 6# mineral wool or fiberglass. The cost of 8" Mineral Wool + 4" Polyurethane foam sheets + frame materials is $20 per sq ft. The gangs are known to use narrow beams to try to get through sound proofing. ultimately blocking these could require use of hard plastics such as HDPE. - Block acoustic weapons that use directed sound beams to cause pan. Dense hard plastics are best protection and it would require 2" or more HDPE on all sides. The costs are $40 per sq ft. An option may be to focus on a small area around where you sleep. Use of EMF shielding together with sound is also recommended to block or reduce pain. - Attempt to disrupt all beams targeting body muscles. This requires combination of both previous methods with at least twice as much material for purely sound based shielding. It may also be possible to add sound proofing layer made of a stack of flat water tanks such as [[ https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804915217633.html | these. ]] (water is also very goo for EMF protection). Having thick cement walls outside the house and/or entirely underground basement is also helpful. Use of combined sound and EMF shielding is recommended to achieve full protection. Sound-proofing and protection materials are plastics and other synthetics, metals, glass, and concrete. Rigid synthetics such as fiberglass and mineral wool block by absorbing the sound in small air packet. Hard and dense plastic such as HDPE and Acrylic absorb the sound releasing the energy as heat. Metals, glass, concrete, plus also most liquids including water, reflect some of the sound waves back thus also acting as blockers. === Sound Blocking Materials === {{ti-resources:soundproofing_mineralwool.jpeg?nolink&200 |}} ** Rigid Synthetics - Fiberglass and Mineral Wool** These are the most popular sound proofing materials. These also work well as heat insulation and thus are often used as building materials between walls. These materials are good at absorbing sound above 1kHz but not as good at lower frequencies and infrasound, (which is what gangstalkers use for targeting muscles). Density varies from 2# (lb) per sq ft to 8" # per sq ft. 6# or more density synthetics are recommended as higher density partially compensates for issues with blocking lower frequencies. ++++ Clock here for links to to where you can buy materials | * [[https://www.amazon.com/stores/ATSAcoustics/page/F0281204-6D37-4E08-A630-9B404726418B]] (Fiberglass and Mineral Wool materials - look for “Rockboard 60, Mineral Wool Board, 2 Inch” above) ++++ {{ti-resources:soundproofing_polyurithane.jpg?nolink&200 |}} ** Foams- Polyurethane foam and HDPE Foam ** Polyurethane is an inexpensive rigid plastic which has good sound-proofing and anti-vibration qualities. This foam is commonly used for sound proofing and acoustic installations in general, though we recommend larger sheets instead more often used smaller pieces. The foam is also commonly used for mattresses, including popular memory, which is a recommended option for all TIs. {{ti-resources:soundproofing_memoryfoam.jpg?nolink&100 |}} While not quite as good as mineral wool and fiberglass at higher frequencies, it appears to work well against lower frequencies. This material is also the best option for under-cloth wear which can partially helps against sonic weapons outside. HDPE foam, which is hard to find, is also a good option and would work slightly better than Polyurethane, ++++ Clock here for links to to where you can buy materials | * [[https://www.amazon.com/GoTo-Foam-Height-Upholstery-Cushion/dp/B07W547BHJ]] (polyurethane) ++++ {{ti-resources:soundproofing_hdpe.jpeg?nolink&200 |}} ** Hard Plastics - HDPE, Acrylic, Polyester ** Most plastics absorb sounds releasing is energy as heat. HDPE, Acrylic and Polyester have the best sound absorption properties and are used for sound proofing.. HDPE is recommended over other plastics due to it being denser and thus better at blocking very narrow direct sound beams, and because it can block lower frequencies better. Acrylic is recommended for windows and other areas that require light to pas through. {{ti-resources:soundproofing_cuttingboards.jpeg?nolink&100 |}} Dense HDPE is commonly used for cutting boards, which are easy to get household item that can be used as shields to disrupt sonic beams. Sound proofing against sonic weapons requires 2" or more of HDPE (note that thick sheets of HDPE are very heavy). ++++ Clock here for links to to where you can buy materials | Large HDPE panels can be bought at: * [[https://aciplastics.net/product-category/hdpe/]] (look for ½” thick or more 24”x48” or larger HDPE) * [[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKW3MW5Z?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title]] (2x0.5 24x48 HDPE) HDPE can be used as shields against sound beams. Easily available are cutting boards which are often made from HDPE, though most are not thick, 2-4 can to be used together for a ½”- 2" shield. Cement reflects sound waves well and can help to block sound of any frequency, including low frequencies that sound absorbing materials have a problems with. Porous concrete with >20% air gaps, also known as pervious or permeable concrete, is particularly good because like rigid synthetics it contains air packets that can trap the sound and create additional boundaries for sound waves. This is a recommended material for walls outside the house which can be the 1st line of defense against acoustic weapons. Concrete can also be an option for some inside sound-proofing designs. {{ti-resources:soundproofing_steelplate.jpeg.jpg?nolink&200 |}} ** Metals: Steel and Aluminum ** Metals both reflect and and absorb the sound, mainly due to due to inaccuracies in the structure. Dense and heavy metals, like steel, are strong sound blockers. Steel plates can supplement external and internal sound proofing design and 2" or thicker steel barriers may block all sound beams. Aluminum sheets are much less expensive and effective, but can be used as part of sound proofing design too. {{ti-resources:soundproofing_glass.jpeg?nolink&200 |}} ** Glass ** Glass is another material that reflects the sound. For glass to be a good sound blocking material it has to be dense and thick, such as glass found in glass coffee tables.. Most windows do not have such glass and pass sound waves from outside - double windows can help but is not enough and acrylic panels further inside are recommended as additional blocking layer for those sound-proofing a house.. {{ti-resources:soundproofing_waterbath.jpeg.jpg?nolink&200 |}} ** Water and other liquids ** \\ Water can block EMF and sound and is one of the most effective inexpensive solution. Water transmits sound, but waves entering the water from the air are largely reflected back and refracted (up to 99%) changing direction. When enclosed within solid container this is less effective and only some sound is blocked by refraction. Water is difficult to use for sound proofing, but it can be tried using flat water tanks in a frame. ++ Additional tips on bathing and using liquids|Bathtubs can also reveal the presence of sound beams and you may see a wave emanating from a specific spot on a side. You can record this with a phone camera for evidence. \\ \\ For those wishing to use water as part of sound-proofing design, check out these: \\ * [[ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D6Z87SJF?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 | Polyvinyl water tank 38"x28"x14" for $40 at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D6Z87SJF?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 ]] \\ * [[ https://polytanksales.com/low-profile-tanks/300-gallon-low-profile-holding-tank-above-ground.html | Large 300 gallon plastic flat water tank 95"x56"x16" for $800 at https://polytanksales.com/low-profile-tanks/300-gallon-low-profile-holding-tank-above-ground.html ]] \\ * [[ https://www.northerntool.com/products/valley-industries-spot-sprayer-tank-60-gal-white-polyethylene-uv-stabilized-model-t-060-wwna-xl-5353770 | 60 gallon plastic water tank 36"x24"x24" for $125 at https://www.northerntool.com/products/valley-industries-spot-sprayer-tank-60-gal-white-polyethylene-uv-stabilized-model-t-060-wwna-xl-5353770 ]] \\ * [[https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804915217633.html | Flat water measuring approximate 40"x24"x5" for $65 with $200 shipping at https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804915217633.html]] \\ A stack of these could fit between two sound proof layers made of mineral wool and HDPE. You'd have to create a frame and make sure there are air gaps between water tanks and the other layers. ++ Building a sound-proof room is best in the basement or in an area of the house with cement walls all around. Effective sound proofing against acoustic weapons, such as those used by gang stalkers, is expensive and would require combination of different materials with 8-12" of mineral wool or fiberglass ($20 per sq ft typically sold as 4 panels 2” thick 24”x48”) and 2-4" or more HDPE (1” thick 24”x48” panels costs are approx $20 per sq ft). Sound-proof walls should consist of 2-4 sections with porous concrete or 2” air gap between. Polyurethane foam can replace mineral wood or fiberglass in one of the sections. A stack of flat water tanks could be used between sound proofing layers made of other materials replacing air gap. In the basement the floor need not be as thick and can have 4” fiberglass or polyurethane and ½”-1" HDPE. Property walls or barriers outside the house made of concrete can offer additional protection, the thicker the better. They also work on a person in various other ways and cause interfere with sleep patterns and attempt to influence sleep. The later is related to electronic harassment and it is recommended that headphones be used with white noise. Additionally using earplugs can also help but by themselves they are not effective. Gangstalker's use their acoustic weapons to highly vibrate skin and under-skin tissue which is quite sorrow after. To make the pain felt afterward they target the muscle near the burned tissue making it vibrate and causing tissue to experience vibrations and pain again. With several inches of rigid material, gangs’ acoustic weapons are revealed by vibrations. To get through they would shoot with narrow beams that are noticed as finger-size spot vibrations. They could do it at a specific spot when a person is asleep. Slightly wider beams are used for a heat burn in an entire area such as a foot. {{ti-resources:soundproofing_memoryfoam.jpg?nolink&100 |}} Polyurethane is an inexpensive rigid plastics with good sound proofing qualities and recommended as a first step in shielding the sleeping area and your body. To protect the feet (most common areas for skin burning while asleep) it is recommended that they be wrapped in 2-4" polyurethane foam when you go to bed. Mattresses made of polyurethane, including "memory foam", are inexpensive and can reduce the effectiveness of projectors below. Recommended are two mattresses - thicker 6" at the bottom and 2"-4" topper above it, both made from polyurethane. This allows for additional materials to be placed between the mattresses. Micro-vibrations at specific spots may still be felt even with 10” or more of foam and this is not a full solution to shield from below. However this be itself may help you and make your life better. Next step is adding HDPE panels and other sound-materials. 1" HDPE panels can be put below the 1st mattress on a bend frame base, while another 1" can go on top of the first mattress. Sheets or boxes of mineral wool or fiberglass (unopened 8" thick box of 4x2" panels is good) are recommended under the bed. Steel plates can also be used as additional layer of protection below the bed or on top of the frame below the 1st mattress. The gangs may try to fool that the effects are greater by vibrating a muscle to make pain felt more. This is not effective long-term if there is no burning of skin and under-skin tissue and outside there would likely be no pain. Gangs could use cars to have pain felt more which will only work right next to them. If gangstalkers are still hurting from below after they may be shooting from a side in such a way that the beam would hit only the top mattress, you can check if that is the case by checking if there are vibrations on a side. If after sleep the pain is felt in the upper body area, then for sure sonic guns are above or the sides. Cotton and polyester are the best sound absorption fabric material, and heavy blankets made out of these may help. Cutting boards, made out of very hard HDPE, can also be used as shields over problem spots. Net step is to determine the source(s). If it is a side wall, put sound proofing material there, If it is from above get a 2-level bed and put a polyurethane mattress and/or other soundproofing materials on the upper level. Full sound proofing would require adding under-sealing and sound proofing over the entire room or building a frame around the bed made from 2" or more HDPE panels. This is not an easy task and requires either building wood frame and fitting HDPE panels to it, or building the frame directly out of HDPE panels. Similar to wooden furniture blocks, if you need to connect two panels, drill holes in their side and put a metal or wooden bolt in them, then slide panels to each other. In other cases use screws and drill a hole prior that is close to what the screw is. If you have experience working with wood, this is a similar task with HDPE being harder material to drill through. ==== Hand Shields ==== Hands can be used as shields to interrupt the beams on a temporary basis. If you place your had on any vibrating stop and are listening to white noise you will likely hear "it is not working" and "we lost control". If there is a pain at the stop, it may go away. If you urgently want to urinate and place a hand on you groin the feeling may go away after a few minutes (you'd likely feel like there is air coming there and vibrations). The reason why hands work is both related to how they target and to organic tissue biochemistry. Human cells contain water inside with a lipid membrane outside. Sound waves hitting organic tissue are thus passing through huge number of micro barriers where they could be reflected. One of the potential options for shielding is thus using meat from the stores which should generally work similar to human hands. Feel free to experience with this on your own. {{ti-resources:soundproofing_cuttingboards.jpeg?nolink&100 |}} Other hand shields that can be used include bottles of water, HDPE cutting boards OR small 12x12 or 12x24 pieces of 1/2" thick HDPE panels These can be placed on top of the spots you feel pain in. Another use is an urge to go to the bathroom which may be the result of targeting the anus. Putting HDPE pieces or cutting boards below your sit may help make this go away. ++++ Clock here for links to to where you can buy materials | Cutting boards made from HDPE are available in local stores and online, get thicker ones. 2-4 can to be used together for a ½”- 2" shield. You can buy HDPE craft and cutting boards at many places, including: * [[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074HQTJX5 ]] (2" thick 12"x18" HDPE commercial cutting board) * [[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CL9LBYVC]] (1" thick 12x24 HDPE board * [[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CL439X6J]] ++++ {{ti-resources:soundproofing_beardtrimmer_1.jpg?nolink&40 |}} Another option to relieve pain at a particular spot is use of vibrating hand-held devices like beard trimmers. Technically this is not a shield and is more similar to a massage. It works by over-riding painful vibrations of the muscle and tissue caused by gangs acoustic weapons and vibrating the muscle and the surrounding area at a different non-harmful frequency. Devices that can be used here must produce fast vibrations of several times per second. Beard trimmers and shavers are known to work. Other type of devices and tools you may have may have a similar effect too. ++++ Clock here for links to buy hand-held vibrating devices | * [[ https://www.amazon.com/PRITECH-Professional-Cordless-Rechargeable-Waterproof/dp/B0874RT49D/ref=sr_1_42 ]] ++++ While not a "hand shield" exercising your muscles and being able to hold them tightly compressed and then release is a way to reduce the pain. Exercise equipment may help or you may be able to do it on your own. When the muscle is squeezed it prevents its vibrations using outside sonic beam and make pain go away. Keeping it squeezed or exercising would result in a temporary or even permanent interruption of the beam and standing wave. ==== Wearable Protection ==== Wearable protection methods include muscle simulators which interfere with gang's attempt to use and vibrate muscles as well as wearable sound protective clothing and under-clothing sound protection wear materials - mainly polyurethane foam. Bullet proof vests made from Dyneema also protect against sound. All wearable sound protection materials have limitations and are less effective than muscle simulators.. {{ti-resources:muscle_simulator.png?nolink&200 | Electronic Muscle Stimulators }} There are number of consumer muscle stimulators available which can vibrate your body using electric impulses. You can place the electrodes near or at the area you regularly feel pain at (such as shoulder) or more generally spread these on the right or left side of your body. DO NOT turn these to full power and use 1-5Hz vibration settings or else you may feel an electric shock. ++++ Clock here for links to buy muscle stimulation and similar devices | * [[ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NCRE4GO ]] ++++ These devices have a potential to not only help with a local areas but to disrupt gang's ability to do everything, including electronic harassment and telepathy. Gang's system involves whole body vibrations at a common 1hz beat frequency and uses these vibrations as a sound channel for electronic harassment (together with sounds coming from the air) and monitoring of internal monologue and speech. If whole body vibrations around the head and neck are disrupted this system stops functioning. Be careful however as muscle stimulators have ad adverse effect when used at the neck and back of the head. {{:ti-resources:armoredvest_dynpr223a.jpg?nolink&200 |}} /* {{:wiki:armoredvest_dynpr223a.jpg?nolink&200 | Dyneema Armored Vest }} {{:wiki:2-inch-foam.jpg?nolink&200 | Polyurethane foam }} */ Best sound absorption clothing materials are cotton-acrylic blend, cotton, polyester, velour, polyurethane, kevlar. Thick clothing made of these materials can partially protect against sonic zap guns. Polyurethane foam can help prevent pain activation if placed tightly over the body in places they try to activate pain in. It can be wrapped around feet and placed under cloth, neck and back of the head pillow can be made to protect these areas. Most wear protection is offered by heavy density plastics used in bullet-proof vests, such as Dyneema which is made of Ultra High Density Polyethylene (UHDPE) fibers. However it does not cover the areas they typically target when a person is traveling and would not protect for long when you sit down in a specific area which allows the gang to target with more more precise stronger and narrow beams. Polyester is regularly used in shoes, a good option is neurotrophic xxx-wide larger size with space to add polyurethane foam for more protection. This is quite effective when traveling and otherwise to prevent any serious "burning" of entire feet. Rubber absorbs sound well and is a better material for the shoe bottom than plastic. When you sit down and are under attack you may need to use shields made from HDPE. This section needs to be further expanded ==== Sound Proofing Materials Theory [Draft] ==== This draft needs to be re-written to explain physics theory and define key words and concepts Sound beams and waves can be interrupted and protected against by sound absorbing and blocking (sound proofing) and sound-reflection materials. When sound waves in the air are vibrations of air particles, while in the material vibrations within material structure. Many materials are almost as good for sound wave transmission as air. However rigid materials bend as wave travels absorbing its energy which is released as heat. Air packets that trap the sounds greatly help in this process. Such materials are good for sound proofing and sound protection, most popular of these are rigid synthetics and plastics - Fiberglass, Mineral Wool, and Polyurethane Foam. When the sound wave hits any boundary, be it air boundary when it hits some material, or boundary between two different types of materials, then part of the wave is reflected back. Materials that reflect large part of the wave are also good for sound protection and blocking. This include metals, glass, concrete, and water. Materials further differ by how well they protect against different frequencies. While rigid synthetics are in general very good at absorbing frequencies above 1kHz (majority of audible range and ultrasound) they start to fail at lower range audible range and infrasound because of the long wave length corresponding to shorter frequencies. Sound reflection materials generally work about the same and necessary part of sound-proofing design where low frequency sounds and infrasound are frequent. This includes protection against gangstalker's acoustic weapons that use low sound frequencies, particular as it relates to muscles. Another important materials parameter is its density. Denser materials are better at sound absorption but are more expensive. Rigid synthetics used in sound-proofing vary from 2# (lb) per sq ft to 8# (lb) per sq ft with 3# and 6# being most common. Higher density rigid synthetics can partially compensate for their lower performance with low frequencies, as a result 6# Fiberglass or Mineral Wool are recommended for sound protection against gangstalker's weapons. Hard materials that have good sound absorption qualities are plastics - HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), Acrylic, and Polyester. Based on direct experience with gangstalkers HDPE is the best for sound-proofing against gang's acoustic weapons Thee materials are also used in some synthetic fabrics (while not as good due to lower density and thickness, it is still better than other options). Why water is a strong blocker of sound waves: * Acoustic Impedance: Acoustic impedance measures how much a medium resists the passage of sound waves. Air has very low impedance water has a very high acoustic impedance which makes results in high reflection at the boundary. * Sound Speed and Density: The speed of sound in water is significantly higher than in air. Water is also much denser than air. * Critical Angle: Sounds waves that hit the boundary between air and water at an angle higher than the critical angle are almost entirely reflected. Based on the difference between air and water, the critical angle is fairly low. {{tag>TI_Resources Gangstalking Shielding Sound_Technology }}
